Single fins were my first love, and really, still are. I learned to surf on a single fin and mainly competed in the Longboard Division in High School on my school’s surf team, as well as in WSA Contests and in the Longboard Coalition Contests. I’m currently the Assistant Coach for the Orange Lutheran High School Surf Team, and it’s been fun coaching the kids in the Longboard Division and helping them improve as competitive athletes. My current goals are to chase the Regional WSL QS competitions in hopes of qualifying for the World Longboard Tour.
